The World Bank Group is seeking a contractor to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Solar upgrades for the WBG Madagascar Office.  The general Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Solar upgrade will include the installation of modern indoor climate control in the World Bank Group-owned building that provides
a) Room temperature, airflow and humidity control, adjustable to seasons and personal preferences
b) Natural and mechanical ventilation which eliminates ‘stuffy feeling’ indoors
c) High-Efficiency and low energy footprint, partially powered by solar energy.
d) Low maintenance requirement
e) In-country Madagascar serviceable, expertise, maintenance, and spare parts
f) Comfort and safety in the office space; improvement of indoor working conditions.

The Pre-Qualification will serve to qualify Firms that are interested in participating in a later solicitation for the above service that will be issued by the WBG/.  Only qualified Firms will receive the solicitation. The WBG is not obligated to award a contract based on the responses to this REI document or otherwise compensate Firms for providing the requested information. The WBG reserves the right to defer or cancel any solicitation without penalty.

All Firms determined qualified will be invited to submit a response to the solicitation for the services.

The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
