Global Partnership for Education (GPE) is a Trust Fund hosted by the World Bank Group and the largest global fund solely dedicated to transforming education working in over 90 lower-income countries and territories, and a unique, multi-stakeholder partnership. The World Bank would like to procure a Microsoft Dynamics-based grant management solution and set of other business application.
