The International Finance Corporation invites interested parties to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) provision of global real estate data. This RFI is issued for the purpose of obtaining information concerning market conditions and vendor capability in order to allow the IFC to better understand what data services are currently available on the commercial marketplace.  

The IFC seeks a obtain market data for class “A” buildings in the cities/markets where IFC occupies facilities in order to allow IFC to regularly benchmark its existing portfolio against current market conditions to drive strategic real estate decisions.    This data will be for the internal use of the IFC and not shared outside the organization.  The information preferably needs to be “real time” or at lease regularly updated (quarterly) to guide strategies and inform decisions that include (but not limited to) lease renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions and ownership vs, rental decisions.

The IFC seek a data and/or a service that provides “real time” and/or timely and regular updated market data.  The IFC maintains a database of existing Real Estate operations and would like augment that data with the latest available market data.  IFC would also be interested in any other approaches to obtaining market data for class A buildings.
