CLOSING DATE AND TIME:  JUNE 24, 2020 @ 12.00 PM WASHINGTON, DC TIME

The ESG Sustainability Advice and Solutions department (CEG), the International Finance Corporation (IFC)’s center of excellence in the environmental, social and governance, is seeking for a service provider to revamp the existing website for FIRST. The implementation will involve a replacement for the existing website for FIRST and will consolidate IFC’s disparate ESG web tools and sites. The current FIRST website is built on WordPress. As part of this Project, a reassessment should be done to identify the best technology platform for FIRST, to facilitate best-in-class content sharing, easy integration with tools, and a robust and scalable framework for future updates.

By revamping the FIRST website, the following key objectives are intended to be achieved:

·     FIRST website serving as a one-stop shop for financial institutions (FIs) to learn about the benefits of environmental and social risk management, and how to identify and take advantage of environmental business opportunities.

·     FIRST website serving as the hub for tools produced by IFC and perhaps other DFIs to support ESG risk management, and to support real sector companies.

·     FIRST website uses appropriate Architecture and Technology Platform to support scalability and configurability; a harmonized UX across the range of disparate IFC ESG web tools hosted on the site and converging content from other IFC sites into FIRST (gmaptool.org, ESMS diagnostic, and CAF ESRM).
