The World Bank Group (WBG) requires Facilities Management Services for the World Bank Group office building in Accra, Ghana. Interested firms are requested to respond to this Request For Information (RFI).
The building is located at the intersection of Independence Avenue and Tenth Road. The 9,045 m² office building comprises 5 floors mainly with enclosed and open plan offices, meeting rooms, a conference center, a canteen (small food service facility) with an outdoor terrace, a Public Information Center (PIC) on the ground floor and a basement parking level.
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the purpose of carrying out supplier and market research for Ghana facilities management services market in order for the World Bank Group to develop a procurement strategy and sourcing plan. The World Bank Group is collecting data on the facilities management services market situation and trends in order to establish the capability and list of potential facilities management services contractors and the industry standards for performance, pricing (cost structure) insurance, quality control, etc. Subsequently, the WBG intends to carry out a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation process.
