The WBG invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide exhibit and event support services associated with the Spring and Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, at the World Bank Group Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The scope of work of this RFP is for spaces inside/outside World Bank Group buildings during the Meetings in Washington DC only. It does not include work inside/outside the International Monetary Fund buildings, or work for the overseas Meetings.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Design, fabrication and installation of sets for seminars, special events and high-level meetings.
Design, fabrication and installation of furniture pieces for the registration area, networking lounges, business centers, merchandizing area and other exhibits.
Design, fabrication and installation of interior and exterior branding, signage and wayfinding.
Design, element engineering, construction and manufacturing, production, graphic, installation/staging and dismantling, warehouse storage and trucking services.
Rental furniture and equipment for events, displays and offices.
The selected vendor is also expected to perform overall project management and labor for all activities to be performed, including installation/staging and dismantling, warehouse storage and trucking services.
