The primary purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from the market on what potential solutions (platform and delivery) are available to support the World Bank Group’s electronic signature needs that foster the digital workplace and client engagement.  The WBG currently has an implementation of esignature deployed in the cloud for out-of-the-box and custom API integrations, supporting a variety of use cases across all lines of business. Current use cases include documents related to human resources letters of appointment, procurement contracts, financing agreements, loan withdrawal applications, disbursement letters, retainer letters, and other internal and confidential memos that require signatures or approvals.                                                                                     

The vendor is expected to prepare responses to the WBG’s technical, security, and business requirements (part of the RFI) for an electronic signature solution, inclusive of digital signatures. WBG may at its own discretion invite potential to conduct a live presentation and product demo to present their electronic signature solution.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.

The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
