The World Bank Group's RAMP (Reserve and Advisory Management Program) is seeking to engage with a vendor who owns an e-Learning platform with access to a comprehensive and high-quality catalogue of granular and practical modules applicable for professionals in the financial industry, as well as skill and expertise-based certification courses. 
The demand for e-Learning, specifically self-paced learning has increased from our members during the onset of the pandemic.  A robust e-Learning platform is of dual application for our members: users complete technical workshop and advisory mission pre-requisites through the platform, and it also is leveraged for all-round training of member staff, primarily those who support reserve/asset management operations in their institution and seek to hone specific technical expertise.
