WBG invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services associated with the requirement for a Management Development Virtual Assessment Center. The assessment center will provide a systematic way of assessing behavior and provide objective feedback on the participants readiness for the next level. Results from the virtual assessment center will serve to align individual learning outcomes with the development program activities and tools.
