The World Bank Group (Bank Group) is seeking qualified sources to support its on-going needs for verbatim reporting, real-time reporting, and transcription services. The information in this section describes the objectives of the RFP and the services that are required. The Bank Group intends to award a number of contracts to preferred vendors to provide, on a per task basis, the services as defined hereinafter. The primary objectives are:

• To ensure that qualified personnel are maintained by the Contractors to maximize the Bank Group’s business operations by providing appropriately skilled personnel, who are accurately aligned to assignments and are oriented to the Bank Group’s multicultural environment.

• To furnish the highest level of customer service by providing highly skilled and cost-effective staffing solutions and responsiveness to Bank Group customers. 

• To utilize enhanced tools to facilitate order placement, accurate project tracking, billing, and payment processes.
