The Bank Business Continuity program includes teams/focal points from across the five institutions of the World Bank Group (IBRD, IDA, IFC, MIGA, and ICSID) with a common mission to enhance organizational resilience with comprehensive business continuity and crisis management planning, enterprise-wide preparedness, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
In the context of increased scope and complexity of the Business Continuity program, The WBG is seeking to implement a new, robust Business Continuity solution that reflects the current industry standards and best practices. The WBG’s Business Continuity Directives and Procedures seek to align WBG Business Continuity practices with global standards, not to comply with specific regulations to which WBG institutions are immune.
