The World Bank is looking for firms with the capability and demonstrated experience of providing Face-to-Face and Virtual communication and business skills training, linked to a series of competencies and observable behaviorsin one or more of these categories: 1) Oral Communication; 2) Written Communication; 3) Interpersonal Skills; 4) Teamwork & Collaboration; 5)Planning, Analysis & Decision Making; and 6) Skills to Handle Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.
