AV Integration Upgrade Conference Room A and D The World Bank Group Paris Office

The World Bank Group is hiring a qualified AV integration contractor to supply, install and integrate a world class AV system for its conference room A and D located at WBG Paris office, France. The scope of work includes but is not limited to design, demolition, supply, installation and commissioning of all equipment associated herewith, including client’s familiarization (training) and installation documentation together with a 12-month defect and liability period from substantial completion of the AV work. At least 50% of proposed equipment/material/products must be either EPEAT or Energy star certified. Offeror should have (or maintain) a service department within 150 kilometers of the project site.

Once appointed, the AV contractor will assume full contractual responsibility for timely completion of the project in accordance with the timeline outlined in the solicitation documents.
