The World Bank Group (WBG) is looking for ways to maximize its current conference room usage and occupancy by improving AV operation efficiencies while upgrading its institutional conferencing spaces across their headquarters in Washington DC. The primary goal of this project is to provide the WBG with state-of-the-art AV technology to be able to host collaborative meetings with more than 15 participants within the “MC” building “Vista” Rooms (seven rooms in total). The WBG has identified the technological requirements for such upgrade and is looking to hire a contractor to provide the service.
