У 2022 році, в результаті швидкого переспрямування коштів із діючих проектів у сфері охорони здоров’я, а саме завдяки Проекту МОЗ та Світового банку «Поліпшення охорони здоров'я на службі у людей», понад 530 лікарень України отримали нове обладнання та витратні матеріали для невідкладної допомоги на суму 38 мільйонів доларів США. Одним з таких медичних закладів стала Чернігівська обласна лікарня.
