Information System Project Management Consultant

The World Bank is supporting the Government of Jordan (GoJ)  to enhance its institutional capacity in planning and preparing for protracted displacement caused by the ongoing refugee crisis. As part of this initiative, the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) department is seeking to hire an Information System Project Management Consultant to provide project management and technical expertise to produce assessments and design recommendations for improving an existing information system. The selected candidate will be offered a short-term consultant (STC) contract for 60 days from July 2023 to December 2023, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project development. The hired Information System Project Management Consultant will be based in Amman, Jordan. This is a part-time position.

DIME Research Assistant and Field Coordinator Recruitment Drives

Each year, DIME organizes two large-scale batch recruitment drives, in October and March. The positions advertised in these drives allow project teams at DIME to hire for the following roles:

  • Research Assistants - Work with the research team to support data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and analysis,
  • Field Coordinators - Supervise implementation of the impact evaluations in the field and liaise with the research team, World Bank operational staff, and Government Officials.
  • Junior Field Coordinators - Local staff who support Field Coordinators with field supervision and data collection
