DIME Research Assistant and Field Coordinator Hiring Drives

Each year, DIME organizes two large-scale batch recruitment drives, in October and March. The positions advertised in these drives allow project teams at DIME to hire for the following roles:

  • Research Assistants - Work with the research team to support data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and analysis,
  • Field Coordinators - Supervise implementation of the impact evaluations in the field and liaise with the research team, World Bank operational staff, and Government Officials.
  • Junior Field Coordinators - Local staff who support Field Coordinators with field supervision and data collection

Program Assistant (Short Term Temporary)—Washington, DC
The Development Impact Evaluation department (DIME) seeks to recruit a Program Assistant to support DIME Trust Funds and Partnerships. The Program Assistant will contribute to the organization and coordination of program activities supporting the i2i Umbrella Facility for Impact Evaluation (i2i) and Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program (RSMFP). Please see the TOR for more information about the position.

Field Coordinator—Haiti
The Development Impact Evaluation department (DIME) seeks to recruit a Field Coordinator to support an upcoming impact evaluation of a resilience and gender programme with the World Food Programme in Haiti. The consultant will be based in Port-au-Prince, with the possibility of field travel, subject to feasibility of safe and secure travel. He or she will be responsible for coordinating all impact evaluation field activities with WFP country staff, including the preparation and monitoring of a baseline survey and subsequent follow-up surveys, as well as monitoring program implementation. The Principal Investigator for this project is Erin Kelley. More details about the impact evaluation design can be found here and here.
