Fostering Georgia’s innovation ecosystem and accelerating its digital transformation have been priorities of the third decade of partnership between WorldBank and Georgia. Through the $40 million Log-in Georgia Project, the World Bank, together with European Union in Georgia and European Investment Bank, will be supporting the Government of Georgia and its Open Net agency to bring affordable and high-quality broadband internet to over 500,000 people living in 1,000 villages across rural and mountainous regions of the country.
