The construction of a new power substation in the Kombinat neighborhood of Tirana has brought uninterrupted access to electricity for 120,000 people and 1,500 businesses. Over two-thirds of the substation’s 100 MW potential output remains untapped, allowing it to meet projected demand through the next 40 years.
