00:39 One of the great things of being a young professional within the World Bank Group is

00:43 that you're not alone,

00:44 you're part of a larger group of people who,

00:46 who come here to make a change.

00:48 You have people from all over the world.

00:50 At the same time,

00:51 you're all kind of working for the same purpose,

00:53 for the same mission,

00:54 and I find that really kind of inspiring.

00:56 It also helps you to settle in

00:59 into an organization like the World Bank,

01:00 which is obviously

01:02 it's enormous,

01:03 it's it's,

01:03 it's vast,

01:04 but having this quite natural support group around you.

01:08 Really made a difference for me to,

01:10 to settle into the organization,

01:12 but also very practically to settle into DC.

01:17 So I think the work you do here at the World Bank is quite exceptional

01:21 because you have this combination of on the one hand,

01:24 working on generating knowledge,

01:26 providing analysis,

01:28 but on the other hand you have this very close interaction

01:31 and

01:31 that is really hard to find in any type of other organization.

01:35 That works in,

01:36 in,

01:37 in development,

01:38 and

01:38 you don't feel like you're writing reports

01:41 that just only end up in a drawer,

01:42 but you,

01:43 you feel you're actually doing it for someone,

01:46 you're doing it with a purpose.

01:47 That's for me also the reason why

01:49 I very much enjoy my work over here,

01:52 and why I enjoy being at the World Bank Group.
