The lack of proper sanitation in Yemen is causing diseases, including epidemics of cholera and dengue fever, which have killed many people. The World Bank -IDA works with the Social Fund for Development and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to provide better sanitation systems, contributing to the survival of Yemenis.
