Access to Justice in SSA: Africa’s Judicial Leaders Discuss Their Efforts

Sub-Saharan Africa faces a unique set of challenges that limit access to justice for all citizens. Many countries are working to address these challenges because justice and good governance are critical to wider development and economic achievements. A group of judiciary leaders from around Africa are working with the World Bank, the African Union, and other partners to create a plan for sustainable solutions that can make a real difference and build public’s trust in the court and its processes.
