How can government agencies reduce red tape, and, in turn, help the country move forward? As part of the World Bank’s Second Public Procurement Reform Project, one of the key outputs is the introduction of electronic-government procurement (e-GP) in implementing agencies. This electronic system was created by engaging with civil society, think tanks, beneficiaries, and the private sector. By publishing tenders and evaluations online, e-GP will make the procurement system more transparent and accountable.
