On June 24, 2016, the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Armenia approved a new electricity tariff for consumers, effective on August 1, 2016. This animated video captures the arithmetic of the electricity tariff and explains how it is calculated. Prior to the Commission’s approval, the video was broadcast by Public Television of Armenia. The video was produced jointly by the PSRC and the World Bank, and financed by the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program.
