Dominique Uwase Alonga : Winner of the 2016 #Blog4Dev Contest

Dominique is the Rwandese winner of the World Bank’s 2016 Blog4Dev contest. She is 23 years old and works on promoting literacy in Rwanda. In her winning blog entry, Dominique wrote about the importance of empowering young people to value their talents and their abilities to innovate.
