An Open Book: READ PNG Changing Lives and Shaping Young Minds Across Papua New Guinea

The World Bank is working in partnership with Papua New Guinea’s Department of Education to fund the READ PNG project working to provide quality training for teachers to improve their teaching of reading to students. Another major part of the project is the establishment of classroom libraries in 21,000 schools throughout the country.
