Myanmar: Thoughts Aboard the Yangon Circular Railway Train

The Yangon Circular Railway is the local commuter rail network in Yangon, Myanmar. In this recording, World Bank Country Manager Kanthan Shankar boards the train and shares his observations about different aspects of life in Yangon and its people. He says that Yangon already has basic infrastructure, like the train, in place and these just need rehabilitation to meet the needs of a vibrant, growing city.
