The World Bank announced today an issue of SwF 300.0 million (about US$ 180 million) two-year Swiss franc notes to central banks , other governmental institutions and international organizations. The notes, which will mature on April 15, 1991, have a 5-3/ 4 percent coupon payable annually, and an offering price at par. They were offered during the period of March 21 to 29, 1989. Allocations were made on March 30.
The proceeds of the new offering will refinance similar issue maturing on April 15.
