The World Bank announced today an issue of SwF 250.0 million (about $162 million) two-year Swiss franc notes to central banks, other governmental institutions and international organizations. The notes, bearing interest at 4-3/16 percent payable annually, were offered at par on March 10, 1987. A total of 33 institutions subscribed to the issue.
A similar issue amounting to SwF 228.7 million matured on April 15, 1987.
