The World Bank announced today an issue of SwF 261.7 million (about $159 million) two-year Swiss franc notes to centra1 banks, other governmental institutions and international organizations. The notes, bearing interest at 4-5/8 percent payable annually, were offered at par on September 9, 1986.
A total of 31 institutions subscribed to the issue. A similar issue amounting to SwF 306.2 million matured on October 15, 1986.
