The World Bank announced an issue of SwF 306,200,000 (US$124.5 million equivalent) two-year Swiss Franc notes to central banks, other governmental institutions and international organizations. The notes, to bear interest at the rate of 5-5/8 percent per annum, payable annually, were offered at par on September 11, 1984. A total of 31 institutions subscribed to the issue. Two similar issues in the aggregate principal amount of SwF 350,000,000 matured on October 15. 1984.
