The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, it was announced today (December 18) by Eugene R. Black, President, proposes to float an issue of $150,000,000 of its bonds before the middle of January 1958. The issue will be offered publicly through a nationwide syndicate of investment banks, securities dealers and commercial banks, headed jointly by The First Boston Corporation and Morgan Stanley & Co.
