19-Year Bonds of 1952 May Be Exchanged for Definitive Bonds

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development announces that holders of its Nineteen Year Bonds of 1952, due October 15, 1971, in temporary form, may exchange their bonds for definitive bonds of the same issue at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on or after February 24, 1954. Definitive bonds will be available in bearer coupon form in the denominations of $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000, and in fully registered form in the denominations of $1,000 or any multiple of $1,000. Holders of temporary bonds may obtain forms requesting such exchange from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, 33 Liberty Street, New York 45, New York.
