Project Objectives Description: The original Project Development Objective is to support the Government of Nigeria towards rehabilitating and improving critical service delivery infrastructure, improve the livelihood opportunities of conflict and displacement-affected communities, and strengthen social cohesion in the North East Participating States of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa. The Additional Financing is being processed as a restructuring and scale-up of the parent MCRP. The revised PDO is to improve access to basic services and livelihood opportunities for the crisis-affected communities of Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe States, and enhance coordination among these States and other Lake Chad countries.
