Project Objectives Description: The Program Development Objective of the parent DPF series remains to enable fiscally sustainable expansion of electricity services in Rwanda. The series is built around two pillars: (a) containing the fiscal impact of the electricity sector; and (b) improving the operational efficiency, affordability, and accountability of electricity service. The proposed credit is a supplemental DPF to the third and last operation in the programmatic series of the Third Rwanda Energy Sector Development Policy Financing.
