Afghanistan: 2019 Incentive Program Development Policy Operation
IDA Grant: US$100 million
ARTF Grant: US$300 million

Project Description: The program development objectives are to: (i) strengthen the policy framework to support state effectiveness, private investment, and social inclusion; and (ii) improve the policy and institutional framework for public financial management.
