In 2019, only 0.9% of all trips made in Lima were made by bicycle. What would happen if this percentage increases to 15% by 2050? Commissioned by the World Bank, Decisio, a economic research consultancy specialized in (spatial) economic issues, analyzed the social impacts of #PlanBici in Peru.
To do this, they followed the standard methodology that the Netherlands uses to assess the relationship between the cost of an investment and its benefits for communities.
