Achieving the transition to a net-zero world requires technological innovation. Green hydrogen can potentially be a key driver in the energy transition but requires substantial investments from both the public and private sectors. To attract significant private investment at large scale, green hydrogen needs to become commercially viable.
The objective of the panel is to showcase the contribution of green hydrogen as innovative technology to the energy transition towards net zero and discuss opportunities from the perspective of emerging markets governments, the private sector, and enablers with a focus on how to make green hydrogen projects bankable for private investment.
