The World Bank Group Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Finance Hub in Malaysia presents the Sustainable ExchangE Development Series (SEEDS), a series of webinars that will feature good policy and regulatory practices, as well as notable sustainable finance products and services, using a peer-to-peer format.
Incorporating sustainability into overall institutional strategy is a key element in advancing the adoption of sustainable practices in the business environment. Some Malaysian institutions have begun to do this, by moving beyond embedding sustainability in business operations and into business strategy. We will hear from a leading Malaysian bank as they will share their experience in this endeavour during this event. It is hoped that some of these lessons could be shared with other countries to see how they might be able to take advantage of experiences of this Malaysian institution.
