“Beating the DRUM”: Development Financing Conference on Domestic Resource Use and Mobilization for accelerating progress towards SDG3+

This day-long conference, in the lead up to the Global Financing Facility (GFF) Replenishment Event, focuses on the vital role of domestic resource use and mobilization (DRUM) in accelerating progress towards universal health coverage (UHC) and the Sustainable Development Goals. Building on country experiences and the voice of civil society, it will highlight such issues as country challenges and achievements in DRUM and country experiences and needs for effective assistance from multilateral financing agencies. The event is hosted by the Governments of Norway and Burkina Faso, the World Bank Group, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
