Tony Fujs is a Data Scientist at the World Bank’s Development Data Group. His goal is to shorten the path from data to insight by making data easier to find, access, combine, and understand. To that end, he leverages open source software to scale analytics, streamline reporting, and improve data visualizations.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Tony served as the Director of Learning and Evaluation for a DC-based non-profit organization, where he was responsible for supporting information-based decision making, and improving organizational performance. Tony holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Nantes and a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
