Nigorakhon Sadikova is a Digital Trade consultant specializing in digital trade regulations, data governance, and the digital economy at the World Bank Group HQ in Washington, DC. She is part of the Global Trade and Regional Integration Unit. She has played a key role in the joint WB-WTO Digital Trade Policy Gap assessments, the development of the Digital Trade Regulation Readiness (DTRR) database, and data governance diagnostic projects. Nigorakhon has also led the development of analytical reports and provided input to shape country-level strategies and policies, advancing digital trade and data governance regulatory frameworks globally. Previously, she was a Senior Specialist in Regulatory Impact Assessment on Business Activities at the Chamber of Commerce. Nigorakhon holds a bachelor’s degree in International Commercial Law from Westminster University and a master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago.
