Nigorakhon Sadikova is a Digital Trade consultant specializing in digital trade regulations, data governance, and the digital economy at the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. She is part of the Global Trade and Regional Integration Unit. Since joining the World Bank Group in 2020, she has contributed to the Digital Trade Regulation Readiness (DTRR) database, the joint WB-WTO Digital Trade Policy Gap assessments, and data governance diagnostic projects, among others. Nigorakhon has also led the development of analytical reports and provided input to shape country-level strategies and policies, advancing digital trade regulatory frameworks globally. Previously, she was a Senior Specialist in Regulatory Impact Assessment on Business Activities at the Chamber of Commerce. Nigorakhon holds a bachelor’s degree in international Commercial Law from Westminster University and a master’s degree in public policy Analysis from the University of Chicago.
