Mei Leng Chang

Mei Leng Chang is the Manager of the Financial Intermediary Funds, Digital Solutions and Analytics unit in the Trust Funds and Partner Relations department at the World Bank. In her roles, she is responsible for implementing the trusteeship of the extensive portfolio of Financial Intermediary Funds (FIFs), policy advice on FIFs and co-financing, digital solutions, and value-added analytics on Trust Funds and FIFs. Mei oversees the publication of flagship products like the Trust Fund Annual Reports, Portfolio at-a-Glance Reports, and Paper on Proliferation and Fragmentation for Aid Effectiveness.

Prior to this, Mei was the Principal Finance Officer in the International Finance Corporation. She also served in other public and private organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in New Zealand. She brings a diverse set of skills in operations of trust funds and blended finance, financial, investment and risk management in addition to the implementation of digital transformation.

Mei is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
