Joe Qián is a Senior External Affairs Officer in the People Vertical; his work focuses on high-impact campaigns and strengthening regional coordination.
Previously, his work focused on advancing Human Capital initiatives and enhancing development across South Asia. He holds degrees in Economics and Global Security from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Florida.
A native of Shanghai and Tampa – Joe is an avid traveler, a photographer, and an enthusiastic explorer of global cuisines.
