Guilherme is a senior investment officer within the World Bank Treasury. He is an engagement manager for the Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership (RAMP) and is responsible for client relationship and implementation of capacity building programs with selected official public institutions and supranational agencies. He also provides subject matter expert advice on strategic asset allocation and risk management.
Guilherme brings over 19 years of financial market experience. Prior to joining the World Bank, he has worked in Goldman Sachs Co. New York, Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO in various roles providing structuring, trading and market risk management solutions to large international banks, asset managers and sovereign institutions across fixed income, fx and credit.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Modeling Applied to Financial Markets by the University of São Paulo, Brazil and is a certified Financial Risk Manager by GARP.
