Bozena Krupa Giza


Bozena Krupa Giza is a Financial Officer at the World Bank Treasury’s Debt Capital Markets & Investments Department. With over 18 years of banking and financial markets experience, her role is to provide backstop liquidity via bond buybacks to bond investors around the world and to execute repurchases to accommodate maturity extensions and currency switches.

In her previous positions at the World Bank she worked with the Investment Management Department managing daily liquidity and discount notes, and with the Investor Relations Team.

Prior to working the World Bank, she held various positions in Asset Management and Commercial Lending with Scudder, Stevens and Clark, Kemper Investments and Japanese Sakura Bank.

Originally from Poland, Bozena holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Financial Markets from John Hopkins University.
