Badamchimeg (Badma) Dondog is a Mongolian national and currently a Senior Public Sector Specialist in the Bank's country office in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Besides her usual duties of leading the Bank's operations and analytical work in public financial management, civil service, and governance in-country, she is passionate about volunteering for youth on the back of her dozen years of experience in coaching young adults in public speaking. In her spare time, she is also drawn into leading creative tasks and event organization.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2011, Badma worked for a Bank-funded capacity building project at the Mongolian National Audit Office and for a CPA firm in Maryland, USA.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance, respectively, from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and Webber International University of Florida, USA, and earned a master's degree in International Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland, Australia.
