Reporting Sexual Harassment or Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Involving a World Bank Group Staff Member
Protecting staff members and the people the World Bank Group (WBG) serves is directly linked to the institution's mission of ending poverty and promoting shared prosperity. The WBG has a strong commitment to providing a safe working environment, free from harassment and abuse. This commitment is enshrined in its Code of Conduct and Staff Rules.
The WBG does not tolerate staff involvement in sexual harassment, sexual exploitation or abuse.
If you have been the victim or the witness of sexual harassment or sexual exploitation and abuse perpetrated by a World Bank Group staff member, you are encouraged to report it in confidence using this electronic form. The World Bank Group Ethics and Business Conduct Department (EBC) will review the allegations.
Please note that you are not required to provide your name and an email address. If you do provide contact information, EBC will follow up with you directly; if not your submission will be completely anonymous. If you choose to report anonymously, please provide enough information in the other fields to enable a meaningful review the situation. Either way, please be assured that this will be handled with extreme care and sensitivity.
