The World Bank invites policy makers, business leaders, analysts and professionals interested in South Asia’s and Nepal’s macroeconomic developments to join the livestream of the Briefing: South Asia and Nepal Development Update, April 2024.

The World Bank’s flagship South Asia Development Update and Nepal Development Update are produced twice a year to report on key macro-economic developments, outlook, risks, growth projections, and progress on major structural reforms and specific development challenges for the South Asian and Nepali economy.

The event is organized in collaboration with Tribhuvan University and the Society of Economic Journalists-Nepal. The event features presentations on the flagship reports and a panel discussion on unlocking the potential of job creation in Nepal.
