How do Bank projects address exclusion of indigenous peoples? What elements make IP projects socially inclusive?
The Global Group on Indigenous Peoples and the Social Inclusion Cluster through its Portfolio Review have identified projects that addressed Indigenous Peoples (IPs) issues in an innovative manner - among them the Nicaragua Land Administration project and the Second Northern Mountains Poverty Reduction project in Vietnam.
The presenters will highlight specific approaches that promote inclusion of IPs and share lessons and challenges they encountered in their work.
