World Bank President Jim Yong Kim today warned inaction on climate change would result in global temperatures soaring above 2 degrees Celsius, spelling disaster for people and the planet. Speaking at the opening of the Climate Action Summit in Washington, D.C., Kim urged countries to act and deliver on their national plans, which were made at the historic Paris COP21 summit last December.
